Collection for Association for Retarded Citizens
of PA (ARC)Saturday/Sunday, May 4-5/2003,
The Pennsylvania Knights of Columbus participated in the Measure-Up Campaign.
This campaign benefits Pennsylvanians with mental retardation, and over the past
25 years, the Knights have raised over $4 million dollars. These funds are
typically raised by requesting donations from shoppers at local area shopping
centers.
2003 was our first year of participation and we collected funds that ranked our
Council 6th in the state on a per capita basis and 1st in Chester County.
